HBCU Transfer Pathways

This 5-act series explores the California Community College HBCU Transfer Pathways Program, which helps students in CA community colleges transfer to and graduate from Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Each act follows the story of students who participated in the Transfer Pathways program and reveals how the program helped them overcome obstacles to reach their goals.
